MEMBERSHIP VOTING RIGHTS

Membership Voting Rights are one of the key components to the operations conducted within the AVOA association.

At a minimum of every 3 months, a questionnaire is posted on the AVOA website, and whenever a new questionnaire is posted on the website, each member receives an email informing them that their is a new questionnaire, and also informs each member of the deadline to complete the questionnaire.

Each member has  approximately one month to login with their secure login, then goto Democratic Vote and complete their questionnaire, before the deadline.

Any members that do not submit their answers to the questionnaire by the posted deadline forfeits their voting rights for that particular questionnaire..

As soon as the deadline has been met, and votes are tallied, the results of the tally can be found in Results of the Last Vote.

There is also a group chat for AVOA members only through Facebook, where members can go and share ideas, and discuss issues that they feel should be addressed by the AVOA association, and then these issues are added to the next vote and all active members are given the opportunity to voice their opinion through a democratic “majority-rules” voting system.
